Life Night

The Feast: Book of Revelation

Keywords: | | | |

Goal

The goal of this Life Night is to help the teens understand that the story of Salvation ends where it began—with God in heaven. Using the book of Revelation as a basis, this night will show how the “heavenly banquet” is a vision of the earthly Mass and how they are invited to participate now in preparation for eternity.

About this night

This Life Night begins with a “heavenly banquet.” The teens will eat dinner and have a discussion about heaven. After the dinner, the night will move into a teaching that gives a brief overview of the Book of Revelation. The Break will mirror that of the first night of the semester and allow the teens to reflect on how they are going to live to get to heaven. The Life Night will end with a large group sharing and a prayer of the litany of the Saints.
